Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai (Light Novel) - TV Tropes
SPOILERS Haganai Light Novel Vol Do you guys wonder why there is no Yukimura images with the Neighbors club? Yukimura and Kodaka got together and. Haganai (はがない), short for Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai is a Japanese light novel series . Volume 8 of the light novels has a story where her teaching position is .. When Sena's father asks Kodaka how their relationship is progressing, A second season, titled Haganai NEXT, aired from January 11 - March Light Novel / Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai The series also inspired four spinoff mangas: Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai Plus, a retelling of the story where Sena his/her relation to the Club; and Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai: Haganai .. in Episode 11 of Season 2, Yozora ends up defending the club's legitimacy.
This "shallowness" of the story made characters feel "shallow" too, and their actions hard to believe. Especially in cases of Rika who suddenly turned into an idealist from a realist she has always been. Does she love him still? Kodaka does not deserve her. Of course, it can be seen as somehow ok, since it is "just a long epilogue". But was there no better choice? But having said all that, I still love Haganai as a whole with all my heart. It gave me so much, from tons of enjoyment to confidence in Japanese reading it was my first light novel that I could read without looking into dictionary every 10 minutes.
I also still admire Hirasaka-sensei's writing style and sense of humour, and will continue reading his other works. It was a great journey and I have absolutely no regret of having read all the volumes of Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai.
I will miss it.

Already it seems that the original source from 4chan was being hyper-critial and leaving out insane amounts of context, and in some cases, making up things to fix his own context. The thing about Kate "loving" Kodaka's dad is simply in a sense of admiration, not love as originally leaked. Yozora also evidently turns down the butler job at the Kashiwazaki's, deciding to, instead, reconcile with her mother.
Again, I'll update this later when more solid stuff comes to light. Til' then, let's keep our opinions slightly malleable, aha. Some more info with a more level-headed train of thought: While I would have loved to have Kodaka get NTRed by Yukimura, sort of a bad end for the reverse gender galge this show was, that the writer went for a happy end instead was not bad.
There was some pretty good humor in the book:
